Sosro-Economy



Teh botol sosro is a company that tried to be the number one drink seller in all of Indonesia and also try to be one of the best drink sellers in other countries. Now they make about 40 thoousand bottles an hour. They now have 10 factories in Indonesia.
They change their selling strategy from time to time but they do not cheat like using cheap materials to make the drinks. One of the changes they make is that they used to make the tea in the market place. That strategy didn’t succeed because the tea took too long to brew and when the tea is done, the tea will be too hot or the consumers to drink. From that time they try to brew the tea at home then carry them to the market in a pan. The plan worked but it has a great disadvantage and that is the tea spilling in the road. When they were in the market, half of the tea they store in the pot was almost gone. They tried to find a solution. Then they had an idea to make the tea at home and store them in a clean bottle, fill them with the tea and sterilize them. That idea was used till now because that idea is one that idea is a very hard idea to come up with and they haven’t gotten any ideas greater than that idea. The botol that teh cap botol used has been changed 3 times.
Sosro is a company that can always somehow keep growing. They have a great philosophy that can make them a great team and their philosophy is making the tea with high quality, it is safe to drink, it is good for health and it is eco friendly. They also don’t use preservative and artificial sweeteners to their drink.
The public accept sosro’s company as a good company because so far they still haven’t gotten any complaint about the taste of sosro’s drink or about their marketing strategy and others. We have also tasted sosro’s product and liked it.
They have a mission to build up their brand by expanding them to other countries and become a number one drinking company in the whole world, tried to improve their brand by making more drinks, leading the distribution in Indonesia, creating a commitment to Indonesia, building man ade resources and pleasuring the consumers that buy sosro product.
